Shipping Policy

At ChannelWorks, we are committed to delivering your refurbished networking equipment safely, securely, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle order processing and delivery.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx using standard ground shipping. We do not currently offer expedited or same-day shipping services.

Order Processing Time

All products are processed and shipped within 10 business days from the date your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Delivery & Signature Requirements

All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your order. Please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team as soon as possible at marketing@relutech.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
