Return & Exchange Policy

• Return Period: You have up to 1 year from the date of delivery to return or exchange your hardware.
• Item Condition: Items must be returned in the condition they were received. We understand light wear may occur — we only ask that products are not physically damaged or altered.
• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items or items with intentional tampering or damage are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email marketing@relutech.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We'll provide a free prepaid return label and simple instructions within 1 business day.
3. Pack and ship the item using the label provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 5–10 business days.
