Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10 business days.
You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your item ships.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not at this time. ChannelWorks currently ships to U.S. addresses
only.

Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number
via email.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange any product within 1 year of
purchase. Items must be in the same condition as received. We cover return
shipping costs.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at marketing@relutech.com with your order number and reason
for return. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and further instructions.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of
receiving the returned item.

🔧 Warranty & Support

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products include a 1-year limited warranty with advance
hardware replacement. If there’s a hardware issue, we’ll send a replacement
before you return the faulty item.

What is advance hardware replacement?
It means we’ll ship a replacement device to you before you
return the defective one, minimizing downtime.

What does the warranty cover?
It covers hardware failures not caused by misuse, modification, or
physical damage.

Are your products tested before shipping?
Yes, all products are professionally refurbished and verified for
full functionality before shipping.

Do your products come with accessories or cables?
Product listings specify what’s included. Most items come with
standard accessories, but feel free to email us if you have questions about a
specific product.

Do you grade your refurbished products (like A/B/C
grade)?
No, we do not use cosmetic grading. Every item we sell is fully
tested and guaranteed to function like new.
